- Prices based on 4 adults for the 2 bedroom cottage and 2 adults for the 1 bedroom cottage

- Children under 12 stay free
- A deposit of 50% is required to reserve a cottage. This deposit will be deducted from your total due upon arrival.
- Payment in full is required at check in.

Cancelation Policy
- As we are a small, family run business, cancelations affect us greatly
- We have a 30-day cancelation policy for our cottages. .
If canceled outside the 30-day window, a full refund is given except for a $35 administration fee per night canceled. - If canceled within the 30-day window, no refund unless we are able to re-book.
- No cancelations for proms or long weekends
Refundable Damage Deposit
- $200 refundable damage deposit due in cash at check in
- Please respect our cottages and leave them as you found them
- Long weekends and proms – the refundable damage deposit is $65 per person
- Long weekends and proms - refundable damage deposit will be returned 7-10 business days after check out
- We reserve the right to accept, reject or terminate a reservation at any time for any reason.
