Check in and checkout times

• Saturday check in from 3pm
• Saturday checkout at 11am– cottage inspections start at 10am – if you need to leave before the inspection your security deposit will be mailed to you provided there is no damage.
• Please leave the cottage as it was found!

Rates and down payments

• $795 per cottage per week
• A deposit of 50% per cottage/week secures your reservation.
• Reservation is not guaranteed until certified check is received or cash is deposited into our account
• deposit refund if cancelled 30 days prior to occupancy (except for proms and longweekends)
• $200 refundable security deposit due 30 days prior to occupancy
• the balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. We take cash, travelers checks, certified checks – we will add credit cards when we do it.
• We reserve the right to accept, reject or terminate a reservation at any time for any reason.
• We cannot guarantee the weather. Sorry, NO REFUNDS!

Activities include excellent fishing, miles of cycling trails, horseback riding, boating, golf, water sports, groomed cross country skiing areas and the finest snowmobile trails in the area.

Enjoy a visit to the nearby Elmvale Jungle Zoo or experience the Nancy Island Museum, in the historical heart of Wasaga Beach. You'll also want to try the fine restaurants and dining rooms and for later, the stimulating night life and entertainment.
