Customer Information
We understand you cant always get a full week off to come stay at the cottage. That’s why we are flexible with our bookings. We offer weekends, full weeks and mid-week specials.
Check In/Check Out
- Check in is 2-3pm and check out is 10am
- All other check in and out times will be discussed at the time of booking
- Please keep in mind that we will have guests checking in the same day you check out!
Things to bring
- Bed linens and pillows
- Bath and kitchen towels
- Beach gear
- Baby items
Parking
- There is parking for 2 cars per cottage
- Except for Chickadee Cottage on Dunkerron – 1 car only
- No exceptions
Additional Information
Your cottage will come supplied with the following items:
- 2 garbage bags for indoors and 2 for outdoors,
- 2 rolls of toilet paper,
- dish soap,
- basic cleaning supplies.
Please come prepared to replace these items as needed.
- Our cottages are non-smoking - please smoke outside
- $200 refundable damage deposit due in cash at check in
- We reserve the right to accept, reject or terminate a reservation at any time for any reason.
- We cannot guarantee the weather.
- Parking for 2 cars per cottage included.
- Well behaved pets are welcome. Please respect the town's leash law.
- Inquire first regarding pets as there is an extra cleaning charge.
- Proms welcome!

Cancellation Policy
- As we are a small family run business, cancellations affect us greatly.
We have a 30-day cancellation policy for our cottages. - If cancelled outside the 30-day window, a full refund is given except for a $25 administration fee per night cancelled.
- If cancelled within the 30-day window, no refund unless we are able to re-book.
- No cancellations for proms or long weekends
